Cancellation & Payment

BOOKING CONFRIMED
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We will not charge your credit card when you make your booking, we will only validate the authenticity of the card.

CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY
For One Night Bookings
We will accept a Free Cancellation 24HRS prior to arrival. Without charging a cancellation fee.
Pay On Arrival.

For Two or More Night Bookings
We will accept a Free Cancellation 7 Days prior to arrival. Without charging a cancellation fee.
Cancellation or changes to bookings must be made 7 days prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the changed or cancelled nights.

Final Payment
A statement of cost with be emailed 6 days prior to check in. With full payment due 48HRS prior to check in date. 
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
